The new Greenvale Town Centre is taking shape, with another major milestone now reached. 7-Eleven is officially open, giving the growing Greenvale community its first major convenience and fuel offering within the new town centre precinct.
With the KFC concept store already completed and trading activity beginning at the site, attention is now turning toward the next stage of development, including the planned office, retail and food & drink spaces.

Construction & Development Status
The KFC concept store has been completed, adding another established national brand to the emerging precinct.
The 7-Eleven service station is now open, marking an important step forward for Greenvale Town Centre and providing fuel, convenience retail and services to residents and surrounding areas.
The next major phase is also approaching, with construction of the planned double-storey office and retail building expected to begin soon. This will introduce additional commercial, retail and food & drink opportunities to the development, including space allocated for a pharmacy.
Site infrastructure, including roads, drainage, services, access and surrounding works, continues to progress as the broader precinct takes shape.
What Comes Next?
With 7-Eleven now operational, the development is moving into its next stage. The upcoming office and retail construction will be an important milestone, bringing the town centre closer to becoming a fully established commercial hub.
As further buildings and tenancies are delivered, Greenvale Town Centre is expected to provide residents with a convenient mix of fuel, food, retail, services, commercial space and supermarket shopping.
The Aldi supermarket, additional retail and food & drink tenancies, liquor store and office components will form the broader precinct as development continues.
A Growing Greenvale Destination
Greenvale continues to experience significant residential growth, and the development of Greenvale Town Centre is set to provide much-needed retail and commercial services for the surrounding community.
From the completion of the KFC concept store to the opening of 7-Eleven, the project is already transitioning from a construction site into an active retail destination.
